# Clinic Filing HQ > Renewals, annual requirements and inspection binders prepared for med spas, IV and hydration clinics, and CLIA-waived labs in Texas, Florida and Arizona. A service of Voraus LLC. Not a law firm or medical practice; not legal or medical advice. ## What we do - We build a compliance calendar from official agency sources, prepare each renewal and annual filing for the clinic to sign, remind at 90/60/30/7 days, and keep a digital inspection binder. - We prepare; the clinic, its medical director and its attorney decide what applies and sign every filing. We never handle patient records. - States served: Texas, Florida, Arizona. Clinic types: med spas, IV and hydration clinics, CLIA-waived labs. ## Pricing (published, per location per year) - Essentials: $3,600/yr or $329/mo on monthly billing - Core: $6,900/yr or $629/mo on monthly billing - Desk Plus: $11,900/yr or $1,079/mo on monthly billing (up to 3 locations, +$2,900 each additional) - Catch-up setup: $1,500 one-time. After that: 30 days' notice plus a two-month early-exit fee. - Guarantee: if a tracked deadline is missed because of us, we refund that year's fee and pay the state late fee, up to $500. - Free Clinic Check: a one-page list of what's due and what looks missing, reviewed by a person, within 3 business days. ## Key facts (checked November 2, 2026; official sources) - CLIA Certificate of Waiver (Sites that run waived tests): Every 2 years.
