Our billing promises

Never auto-renews unless you opt in. Your plan ends after 12 months unless you tick and initial the optional Renew & Save box. We remind you before it ends, and you decide.
No surprise charges. One published price. Government fees and training seats are paid at cost, never marked up.
30 days to change your mind. Cancel for any reason in your first 30 days and pay only one month.
Your records stay yours. Whenever you leave, you keep your calendar, your binder and a list of anything in progress.

Off unless you choose it: a separate box you tick and initial, never pre-ticked and never required.

10% off every renewed year. Your plan renews for another 12 months at 10% off your plan price.
Free Pre-Renewal Review. About 75 days before each renewal: a binder refresh, plus a mock paper inspection on Essentials.
No setup fee on added locations. Add a location while Renew & Save is on and the $1,500 setup is waived.
Three reminders. We email you 60, 30 and 7 days before each renewal with the amount and date.
Off in one step. Reply STOP RENEWAL or use the one-click link in any reminder, with no fee.
14-day refund. Changed your mind after a renewal charge? Tell us within 14 days for a full refund, and your plan ends.

Catch-up setup: $1,500 one-time, refunded if you cancel before we deliver your calendar. Waived for clinics that start by January 31, 2027 (winter enrollment).
Billing: 50% to start and 50% at month 6, or monthly at about 10% more, for a 12-month plan. Never auto-renews unless you opt in to Renew & Save; we remind you 60 and 30 days before it ends. Cancel in the first 30 days and pay only one month. After that, 30 days’ notice plus a two-month early-exit fee. You keep your calendar and binder.
Not included: legal advice, clinical protocols, medical-director services, compounding, or handling patient records. We’ll tell you when a question belongs with your attorney or your medical director.
